My answer is that ...
Simply, it's the hell of Thailand article 112 that unionists, NGOs and journalists, both from Thailand and overseas - who have worked and connection in Thailand - have been avoiding to touch this issue since the beginning of their operation, because they know well that their life might bein 'hell'.
The silent of most Thai unionists and NGOs who were/ are heavily funded from overseas on 'Thailand 'freedom of speech' and 'article 112', and their support and, even, taking part in the ultra-royalists movements since 2006 make me sick.
The International unions and NGOs communities who also choose to shut-their-mouths on LM 112 and continue working with royalists' NGOs and unions like the April-May 2010's massacres has never happened ... will never understand why I put myself in 'hell', and will never understand why I decide to work as a 'self-employed-writer'.
I rather be in 'hell' than continuing to be blinded or pretend to be blinded.

ประเด็นที่น่าสนใจอยู่ตรงนี้คือ แม้จะมีรายได้เข้าประเทศมาก แต่ความเสียหายก็สูงมาก กระทรวงแรงงานจะมีมาตรการเชิงรุกอย่างไรบ้างในการแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้อย่างจริงจัง
เพราะการโปรโมตเรื่องรายได้จากคนงานไทยในต่างประเทศที่ผ่านมา ถูกนำมากลบข้อมูลความเสียหายและคนเสียหาย โดยที่กระบวนการรัฐไม่เคยช่วยเหลือคนกลุ่มนี้ที่มีเยอะมากได้เลย ... และปล่อยให้เผชิญชะตากรรมกันเอาเองด้วยทัศนคติที่เจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงแรงงานมีกันว่า "ที่ทับล่ะไม่ร้อง ที่ท้องจะมาให้รับ"
